Open Question: What's the deal with thug black guys and fat white women?

Almost every time I see a black guy and a white woman it's the same type of people...fat white woman, often with a child from a previou relationship, and some thug loser black guy wearing a condom on his head and an oakland raiders jersey, along with baggy jeans. What's the connection here? Why do thug black guys and fat white women love each other so much? Is it because they can't find anyone else? I don't know what the term for those hats are.
